About Kirsten
I am a speaker, communication coach and trainer based in Barcelona, specialising in executive communication, public speaking and leadership presence.
For 14 years I worked at ESADE Business and Law School, where I designed and delivered training in presentation skills, persuasive communication, conflict management, negotiations, academic writing and professional interaction.
Alongside my academic and corporate work, I have an extensive background as a performer, storyteller, writer and musician. This combination allows me to bring techniques from performance into business communication training — helping clients become not only clearer speakers, but more engaging and memorable communicators.
I have coached executives, founders, sales leaders and public-facing professionals from international companies including Microsoft, Monday, Caixabank, Claroty, Novartis, Grifols and Cocunat, as well as media professionals and podcast hosts.
